The enquiry process: 3 steps to your wedding decor
No shopping cart, no registration: here's how an enquiry works with us, from the first browse to pick-up or delivery.
1. Browse the catalogue and note down your favourite items
Take your time browsing our catalogue with over 383 items across 17 categories – from table decor to ceremony and entrance decor to lighting. You don't need to add anything to a shopping cart or register; it's enough to simply remember (or collect in our wishlist) what you like.
2. Send a no-obligation enquiry
Send us your key details via the enquiry form: your desired date, the items or categories you want, and an approximate guest count. A minimum order value of €500 net applies per enquiry. We usually get back to you within 24 hours with a personal, tailored quote.
3. Confirm, pick up or have it delivered
Once you confirm, the decoration is reserved for your date. The standard rental period is 4 days. You can pick up the items yourself from us in Linkenheim-Hochstetten, have them delivered, or book our full decoration service with on-site set-up and tear-down directly alongside it. A deposit is taken for the rental, which is refunded promptly once everything is returned undamaged.
