Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value of €500 net applies to all inquiries.

Order Process

An order is only considered placed once we have confirmed the offer. The final items required must be determined no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period.

Payment & Deposit

Payment can be made by bank transfer, in cash upon collection from our warehouse in Linkenheim, or in cash upon delivery. A security deposit must be provided for the rental; it will be refunded promptly upon undamaged return of the items.

Handover & Inspection

Please inspect the items immediately upon handover and sign the handover protocol. We can no longer accept complaints reported only after the protocol has been signed.

Liability for Damage or Loss

In the event of damage or loss, the replacement value (not the depreciated value) will be charged. For textiles, wax stains, mold, non-removable stains, tears and holes are in particular considered damage.

Return

Please return tableware and decoration clean, and keep original packaging if possible. Rental linens must be dry and free of pins or adhesive residue, and chair sashes should be untied. The return is made in accordance with the conditions agreed in the contract (e.g. via DHL).
