How does an inquiry work?
No shopping cart and no registration needed: browse our catalog, send us a no-obligation inquiry with your key details and preferred date, and we'll usually get back to you within 24 hours with a personal quote. Once you confirm, the decoration is reserved.
Do I need to register or add anything to a cart?
No. Our inquiry process deliberately works without a shopping cart or customer account – simply write to us directly about what you have in mind for your celebration.
How much does wedding decoration rental cost?
Prices per item range from around €2.50 for small pieces to several hundred euros for large eye-catchers such as backdrops or arches. You'll see the starting price directly on each product page. The final price depends on rental duration, season and quantity – our team will get back to you with a personal quote.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, a minimum order value of 500 € net applies to all inquiries.
How long is the rental period?
The standard rental period covers 4 days. You receive your items on the first day of the agreed period, and return takes place on the last day. If needed, just get in touch – the period can usually be adjusted flexibly.
Can I pick up the decoration myself, or will it be delivered?
Both are possible: you can pick up the items from our warehouse in Linkenheim-Hochstetten, or we deliver by arrangement. Alternatively, we also offer a complete decoration service including on-site setup and teardown.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is possible by bank transfer, cash on pickup at our warehouse, or cash on delivery. We'll clarify the details individually with you when confirming the quote.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required for the rental. It is refunded to you promptly once the items are returned undamaged.
What happens if something is damaged or lost?
In that case, we charge the replacement value of the affected item. Please check the items right after handover and treat rental linens and decoration with care – details can be found in our rental terms.
Do you also offer a setup service?
Yes. In addition to pure rental for self-setup, we also offer a complete decoration service: we handle setup and teardown on site, with or without your own involvement, for example as a guest-table or room package.
How quickly will I get a response to my inquiry?
As a rule, our team gets back to you within 24 hours with a personal quote.
How short-notice can I rent wedding decoration?
Just ask – depending on the date and our current workload, we can often provide decoration at very short notice within a few days. It's best to get in touch as soon as you know what you need, and we'll quickly let you know if it's possible.

We are based in Baden-Württemberg (76351 Linkenheim-Hochstetten). Wir liefern und betreuen Hochzeiten und Events deutschlandweit. Auf Anfrage und je nach Budgetrahmen sind wir auch europaweit sowie in der Schweiz für euch im Einsatz.
